About
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the death of Francis Poulenc in 2013, Marc Mauillon and Guillaume Coppola have combined their talents to concoct a colourful programme: the 34 Poulenc melodies on the poems of Paul Eluard.
Imagine the atmosphere of the Roaring '20s through the very personal style of Francis Poulenc and the poems of Paul Eluard, in works of great virtuosity and subtlety.
This is the biggest project for Eloquentia since the publication of the works of Machaut, and Marc Mauillon plunges with delight into this world that is still both modern and quirky. Enjoy!
