Radio Times CDs Card Security

Card security is an issue that we take very seriously.

All card details submitted when ordering are used to authorise payment for the order and are not stored on our server. When the card is authorised, we receive an authorisation number and this is then used to settle the final payment once your order is ready for despatch. We are not able to settle for any amount higher than the amount originally authorised.

There is an option to 'save' your card details with ourselves for use on future orders. In this instance, your full card details are not actually kept on our server, but we are able to refer back to your earlier transactions with our payment processor and re-use the same payment details. Only the final four digits of your card and the expiry date are saved on our server to enable you to select which card you would like to use.

Removal of 'saved' card details

Even though the card details are not stored in full on our server, if you wish to remove all record of them from our systems you can do this by logging into your account (click My Account tab at the top of the page to do this now) and clicking 'delete' against the relevant card number.
