About Us

Europadisc has been supplying customers around the world with recorded classical music since 1963. Always a privately owned family company, our mission then and now is to provide a personal and knowledgeable specialist service on an international scale and at competitive prices.

Initially responding to requests from classical music collectors finding it difficult to obtain their desired recordings on LP or cassette, the company set up an office above a small shop and began a mail order service. Since then, the company has re-located in order to cope with growth in orders and customers and is now based in unit on a business park in Beeston, a suburb of Nottingham.
 

We have regularly updated our facilities to enable us to provide you with the most efficient service possible. We now employ the latest computer technology both on our website and in our internal administration so that we can offer the widest possible choice of recordings and respond speedily and accurately to your requests.

We are able to supply recordings from UK classical recording companies from whom we order regularly. We receive advance new recording information which enables us to make you aware of the forthcoming recordings prior to the release date. You can therefore pre-order titles knowing that we will ship them to you as soon as the title is released. We are also one of the few companies to still mail regular Newsletters to customers on request containing details of New Release titles along with special offers and promotions.

 

All our staff with responsibility for customer service have a classical musical background and interest. This, combined with our experience of the classical music recorded repertoire, means that we can often provide helpful advice should you be unsure as to the existence of particular recordings or which interpretation you might prefer.
