Security
We are commited to ensuring that your data is protected. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have a high level of security applied to our servers with access only granted to employees with the appropriate level of screening. The whole of the www.europadisc.co.uk website, including any applicable back-office administration systems, are accessed via an https protocol, ensuring that all data transmitted is encrypted.
Card Security
Card security is an issue that we take very seriously.
All card details submitted when ordering are used to authorise payment via Stripe and are never stored on or transmitted via the Europadisc servers. When the card is authorised, we receive an authorisation token and this is then used to settle the final payment once your order is ready for despatch.
Stripe will receive your name, address, email address and card details in order to process your payment. This information will never be used by them for any other purpose.
There is an option to 'save' your card details with ourselves for use on future orders. In this instance, your full card details are not actually kept on our servers, but we are able to refer back to your earlier transactions via Stripe and re-use the same information. No re-transmission of your card details is required to do this so it is extremely secure. Only the final four digits of your card and the expiry date are saved on our servers to enable you to identify which card you would like to use.

We make use of social buttons to enable the sharing and bookmarking of information found on our site. In order to implement these buttons we make use of scripts from domains outside of Europadisc. You should be aware that these sites are likely to be collecting information about what you are doing around the internet. We also make use of some external web services such as YouTube for embedding video and Mailchimp for sending emails. These companies are also likely to gather anonymous usage information and, in the case of a company such as Mailchimp, will retain elements of your information such as an email address in order to enable us to provide you with a service. All third parties that we use are carefully vetted to ensure that your data is protected to at least the same level that we would expect internally.
Other parties that may be allowed access to your data from time to time include our web developers for building/testing purposes, and our accountants for auditing purposes. However, your data is never transferred away from our systems and all third parties employed by ourselves are thoroughly vetted to ensure that their own security and privacy policies are to an adequate degree.
