Here is the recording of the inaugural concerts of the Grand Orgue Pierre-Béique at Maison symphonique de Montréal, which feature the great organists Oliver Latry and Jean-Willy Kunz alongside the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal and Kent Nagano.
For grandeur and majesty, few symphonies can stand beside the Third Symphony of Saint-Saëns. The album also includes the world premieres of wonderful works by composers Samy Moussa and Kaija Saariaho.
Imposing and grandiose!
