About
After the success of the first CD on the Anima e Corpo label, and also the first album of La Galanía, 'Yo soy la locura', they have decided to continue exploring the Spanish repertoire - and also European collections which contain compositions with texts in Spanish - and now release 'Yo soy la locura 2', an album full of thrilling, passionate and spicy music.
Most of the compositions are world première recordings, and some of the texts are signed by the major writers of the period, like Francisco de Quevedo or Miguel de Cervantes.
Raquel Andueza, a carnal voice which is a worldwide reference in baroque repertoire, is surrounded in this album by a colourful palette of instruments, such as harp, violin, percussion, baroque guitar and theorbo.
