Sarah MacDonaldAbout
An attractive new collection of festive music from this much-fêted Cambridge college choir, under the direction of Sarah MacDonald.
In addition to some well-loved favourites and less familiar items, there are several first recordings of new carols and carol arrangements.
Particularly delicious – and being heard here for the first time – are new close-harmony arrangements by the choir’s director Sarah MacDonald of the popular Christmas songs ‘Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer’, ‘Santa Claus is coming to town’, and ‘White Christmas’.
