Maria Radutu (piano)About
A journey of cheerfulness and melancholy, obsession and balance and the inner richness of perceiving all these emotions in one evening. Austrian-Romanian pianist Maria Radutu crosses borders between styles and epochs, creating programmes to experience.
She combines classical music with storytelling and modern art forms, working with composers, choreographers and painters. Her classical solo career has taken her through Europe, Asia and the U.S. to venues including the Carnegie Hall, the Auditorio National Madrid, the National Concert Hall Taipei and the Vienna State Opera.
She toured and played with orchestras like the Vienna Radio Symphony (Mozart, K488- Asia tour), Philharmonic Orchestra Cottbus (Chopin E minor - Germany) and the Orquesta Clasica Santa Cecilia (Strauss Burlesque - Spain).
