About
This time the selection is even more exciting, because it has been possible to include some recordings from the early days of stereo, which have now fallen into the public domain. But – as always – it is the music, not the technology, which is important, so this varied selection also includes some fine performances in glorious mono, which had achieved some amazing improvements in high fidelity during the ten years from the end of the Second World War.
