Presented here are the best songs inspired by love for one's mother. Typical is the heartfelt offering of Vera Lynn with the title track. Many of the greatest singing stars present their tributes (everyone has a mother, after all): top tenors John McCormack (Little Mother Of Mine) and Beniamino Gigli (Mamma), Bing Crosby (My Mother's Waltz) and, walking a million miles, Al Jolson (My Mammy - of course).
